I am looking for my father who is William dull. He was station over sea's and in the military service in the army around the time period of 55-57. I was born in 1957 in Munich Germany to a german woman named Ingeborg Gotz who put me up for adoption in Germany she was 22 at the time of my birth. William Dull is listed in the stadtjugendamt in Munich Germany no. 437/57/ as my father. I was adopted to an american family and brought to the states when I was three years old. I was told that William DULL had greenish eyes and light - to brown hair and was of Europe decent.I have reason to believe he is from the Pa. area and guessing around 68-70 something in age.
