I am almost certain that Elizabeth Dulaney Rogers is not the daughter of Sarah (Davison) Dulaney. There is no mention of Elizabeth in any records associated with the probate and settlement of either Lewis B Dulaney's estate nor that of his wife Sarah. There are numerous court records involving the estates and some heirs of both Lewis and Sarah. In fact, it appears that he and Sarah had no children of their own.
Sarah and Lewis were married June 19, 1824 per Scott Co marriage records. Sarah was the widow of John Funkhouser Jr. and the d/o of James Davison II.
However, Elizabeth could have been the daughter of Lewis. On 11 June 1822, Lewis B Dulaney was charged with the support of two bastard children, both under the age of 7, that he had with Polly Peters per a Scott Co. Court Order Minute Book (SC-COMB1819-1824:273). The record did not name the children, nor did it indicate their gender.
Sarah Davison's sister Allice married William L Dulaney who I am pretty sure was married before he married Allice. I have not found an Elizabeth in any records relative to the children of William that he had before his marriage to Allice or to the children he had by Allice.
