Hello Gayle, I found your message (listed below) on RootsWeb. James Henry DUKE and Sarah Matilda JOHNSON are my wife's 2nd Great Grandparents. We too have been researching this family and attempting to determine Matilda's parents. So far, we have not run into any GOAD relations.
