My name is Cynthia Irene Dukes. Born 12/7/1948 to Norma Jane Quimby (maiden) and Sam J Dukes in Washington DC. I believe I have 5 half brothers and/or sisters older than myself born to my father and his first wife. We have not met but I had spoken to one sister at the time of my father's death back in the early 1970's. I don't remember any names but am looking for some information about this side of my family.
