Mark and John were probalby cousins. I think that John was the son of Wiilam Dugger and Elizabeth Sturm who show up in Knox County, KY in 1810 and I find several refernces to them in Whitley County, up until 1830. John shows up in Whitley County until 1832. He also shows up on a marriage liscense to Elizabeth Comstock. There is also a child,Perlina, shown as living with Arad Comstock in 1840. I assume that John came back to Tn and married Luvina Mooris and lived happily ever after. Any additional info you could give me would be gratly appreciated.
