Belinda, I found your message from 12/31/2000 about the cherokee line. YOu said:

Included are pictures of other relatives my mother could better identify. I know my great grandfather's name was Grandpa Lewis. Please respond and let me know if there is any connection."
I don't know how we are related yet, but I have been tracking a Benjamin S Dugger who married Rachel/Rachael S. (possibly GRAYHAM) in the 1860's and lived in Pendleton Co, WV. Family legend has it that he married a full-blood Cherokee, but I'm open to it being farther back in the family.
Hope we can figure out who this Benjamin is, so we can figure out our line meets with the others here!
