Probably totally unrelated, but I have an Eleazer Ferguson who died somewhere in Kansas on Mar 17, 1889.

One of his sons was Andrew Dugger Ferguson, b. Jul 08, 1857.

I do know my Ferguson's and the Dugger's were friends for many years, starting in Virginia around the Revolutionary War, then into Kentucky, then up into Indiana where my 4th great-grandfather Andrew Ferguson, was co-indicted in Greene Co., Indiana with Julius C. Dugger for Indiana's first murder case.
