My grandmother's brother, Pharagus Monroe Dugger, was born 2-10-1856 in White Co., TN to David Dugger and Rachel Frances Pollard Dugger. In 1860 they were in Nebraska Territory, Richardson Co., Franklin Predinct, near Humbolt. In 1880 David is in Jewel Co.,Kansas between Mankato and Formoso; Pharagus is not in the home, or in the county. In 1893, David and daughter Mary Ellen (Possibly other family members) are in Kinfisher County, OK. Mary Ellen received 160 acres in the 1889 land run. David bought land in Kingfisher (town) in 1893. David was killed in a hunting accident between 1893 & 1896, and is buried at the Bird Creek Cemetery in Kingfisher county. I have been unable to trace Mary Ann after her husband died before 1900. David's wife Rachel, is buried near my parents and grandparents at Kechi, Kansas near Wichita. Please contact me if any of this is familiar.
