Well, it's been almost 5 years since I first posted this message looking for Sam and I have received zero responses. So, to make a slight change. Does anyone have any knowledge of a DUGGAR or DUGGER, who may have been born in the Charleston (I am not putting a state, because all we have been told is Charleston and there are many), in or around 1862 (give or take 5 years). He eventually migrated to Tennessee and either married or co-habitated with a Martha Jane Sims. He may even have opened a confectionery shop in the Nashville, Tennessee area sometime around 1880.
