My g-grandmother was named Bridget Duggan. She emigrated to the US(Lowell MA) about 1860. I have not looked into her roots in Ireland at all. She married Michael McGlynn. She had 9 or ten children, the next to the last was my grandmother Rose Ellen McGlynn Cassidy. I realize that your area of research may not be in the US, however....I do not know any names or the circumstances of Bridget Duggan's family or where anyone else may have emigrated.
Good luck with your research
Ellen Hetherington O'Brien
