I believe that the man your looking for is Semion Duggan. Born at Sevier Co Tenn in 1823. He married Emeline Everritt who was born in N C on 1825. Semmiel is listed in the 1850 census as being born 1849 in Sevier Co. He is not listed in the 1860 Miss census. That is all I know about him but I date of births for his eight bro,s and sisters, also have marriage records on 4 of the children. Have a small Bio. on Semion. If you would like this info let me know and I will send it to you. Wayne Langford ( Semion is my Great-Great-Grandfather.)There is a diffrence in the way names are spelled but that is common in census reports.
