I am looking to see if anyone has confirmation of the actual parents of Amand Dugas (b. 1747), the husband of Genevieve Robichaux (Robichaud). Are they Claude Dugas (b. 1723) and Anne Hebert, or Joseph Dugas (b. 1700) and Anne Marie Hebert. And also, if his father was Claude Dugas (b. 1723), was Claude then the son of Joseph Dugas and Anne MArie Hebert. The online searches are confusing and conflicting.
