I was born Mark Dugan 5/31/63 in Queens, NY. Dugan was my birth mother's name, but I don't have a first name or any other identifying information. While I'm not necessarily interested in contact, I am very interested in learning more about my birth heritage, largely for health reasons. New York state law has me at a wall regarding this information. I appreciate the sensitive nature of identifying information and adoptees, but I hope someone can help me.
