In response to your DeFraine inquiry, 10 years later, BINGO! I am descended through Melinda DeFraine who married Henry Haild Kezar and moved to Cheboygen, Michigan, following the lumber trade from Massena, NY. Odd that Melinda is not listed by you as a family member but Joseph and Sophrina (Casau) DeFraine are definately related. Melinda, b 1850, m. HH Kezar 1860 in Massena, NY, died 1899 or 1900 Cheboygen, MI. Let me know if this fits and would be interested in more on Joseph and Sophrina. Personal email is jsykona1@gmail.com.
