Thanks - I was in touch with Thomas who is very much involved in the Dufour genealogy. We discovered that we have a common gg grandfather, Pierre Dufour (1826-1880) who married Julie Beaudry. Until then I only knew that my grandmother's mother was a Dufour (Mary-Susanne) who married Marcel Trombley/Tremblay. He gave me lots of good information.
