I am searching for information about my great great grandfather Peter Paul Duffy born in Summer Hill, Meath, Ireland about 1835/40. He emmigrated to the U.S. but I don't know when. He married Lucy Hetherington who was born in Cootehill, Cavan, Ireland about 1840. I don't know if they married in Ireland or the U.S. She died in New York in 1918 and he died in New York in 1898. I would like help from anyone searching Summer Hill to find out how I can obtain more information about him or that area. I am searching for their death certificates to determine their exact dates of birth and names of their parents. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
