My grandmother's sister (Catherine McCusker) married Frank Devine in 1934 after Catherine Duffy passed away. She was a loving stepmother to Anna & Frank. Anna married Harry Clay Siddall in 1950. She died in 2006. Her children Kathleen and Harry A. live in the Philadelphia area. Frank Jr. married Evelyn Quinn (1931-1999) in 1950 (interestigly Catherine McCusker's mother was Ann Quinn). Their son Francis III is a prominent lawyer in Philadelphia. Frank Jr passed away in 1964. I have a lot of info on Frank Devine - my dad (Frank Traynor - son of Margeret McCusker & Parick Traynor) recalls visits to his Aunt Catherine's home in the Cheltanham area of Phillie. his family lived in Darby and the trolley ride was an adventure. Frank did work as a gardener oin the HL Loeb estate on Cedar Lane in Elkins Park. The McCubkers were from Ballynahaye in County Tyrone. I had the chance to visit in 2005 and understand why my grandmother missed her native Ireland so much.
