The Duffy's in my family tree may not be connected but they also emigrated to r Manchester from Kilmovee in County Mayo Ireland. They settled in Leigh and Ashton in Makerfield which are about 9 and 15 miles from Bolton.
Michael, my great grandfather settled their in the 1890's. One of his son's, Jmaes emigrated to America in the 1930's
