Hi Greg, Though I dont have any answers for you, just thought i'd say g'day as yet another Duffy searching in apparent vain.
my message was re ;- Christopher Duffy/ Eleanor sheahan, posted 2 or 3 before yours.
The only connection we might have is the county--apparently not many Duffys-and the timing, with my grandad Mick leaving Ireland in 1884.
As he was possibly one of 20 siblings,, who knows?
So hello possible cousin, good luck ( God knows you need it on the Duffy quest)
