Looking for information ref. Yancey Duffie. May be named William Yancey. He was born 1855 and died before 1932. One wife was Ellen Brooks. She was born 1858 and also died before 1932. Children were: Boice, Annie, Alice, Coff, Carrie, Ben, Allison Pope, Coley. Dead end with Yancey. In the SC 1880 census, he and Ellen lived in Willowtownship of Orangeburg Co., SC. Yancey had a brother named Lusch who lived in Saluda. Another brother named John. It is said that Yancey died about 1915-1918 in Orangeburg Co. On the death certificate of their son Allison Pope Duffie in 1932, it was listed that both parents were deceased. Please help!
