In Sraheens, I have a couple of connections. My great aunt Catherine DUFFY of Clooniron married James HARTE in 1892. In 1903, John HUNT of Sraheens married great aunt Winifred DUFFY who was born at Clooniron, in Brooklyn NY.
I also believe there was a connection to Sraheens through my Great Grandma Bridget SHEIL. John HUNT was living with great uncle Martin DUFFY in Brooklyn NY in 1900 and was listed as a cousin. John's parents were Phillip HUNT and Mary CASSIDY. I suspect that CASSIDY was the link to SHEIL but have yet to find direct evidence of this.
