Hi Joe, don't give up! Info is out there somewhere. I've been to Ireland 5 times and am still searching. My greatgrandfather John C came from Co. Roscommon (I think) but to this date, I've not been able to find anything in Ireland on his parents Patrick and Bridgid (Morris). John's DOB was 11-4-1843. That's close to your Michael's DOB but probably not related. At any rate, keep trying, the work and frustration is well worth the effort when you do hit discovery! Good luck!!
