Hello Tony,
I have 3 Duffy siblings from Co.Rosscommon,Ireland in my family.

My G-G-Grandfather Patrick Duffy b. abt. 1813. Married to Mary and had 2 daughters born in Ireland, Marie (my G-Grandmother b.Dec 1844) and Margaret b. abt 1847. The 1900 census says Marie immigrated in 1850 but I could not find on what ship.

Martin Duffy b.bet 1808--25 in Ireland, immigrated in 1838. Married Margaret Lacey in 1843 Schuylkill Co., PA.

Mary Duffy b.abt 1820 in Kilglass Civil Parish, Co. Roscommon, Ireland. Married John Igo in Ireland. Immigrated 1838.

My G-Grandmother Marie Duffy married Patrick Burke in Schuylkill Co., PA in 1861. Patrick's mother was also a Duffy from Ireland. He was born in Galway in 1838 to Frank and Mariah Duffy Burke.

Any connection to your Duffy families? Sure hope so.
