I am seeking info on my ggrandmother and her family:
Ann Duffy b. 18 Apr 1847, d. 4 JUl 1912
Married 13 Jun 1870 John Mulvehill in Farley, Iowa.
Her people had come from Ireland to the U. S. by way of Canada. Her father bought land and settled near Holy Cross in Dubuque County.
John and Ann (Duffy) Mulvehill had five children:
1. Mary Catherine (Mae)Mulvehill, b. 22 May 1872 and married 25 Jun 1897 John Crowley. Mae died 29 Jan 1973.
2. John Joseph Mulvehill, 31 May 1879 and married 14 Sep 1904 Helen Irene (Nell) Corrigan. John died 12 Apr 1957.
3. Martha Ann (Daisy) Mulvehill, b. 4 Aug 1882 and married 22 Jun 1904 John B. Joyce.
4. Ella Frances Mulvehill, b. 6 Sep 1885 and married 8 May 1911 Arthur Lenroot. Ella died 28 Oct 1971.
5. Patrick Emmett Mulvehill, b. 14 Jun 1888 and married 8 Aug 1925 Lillian Bresnahan. Patrick died 20 JUl 1965.
Any information on Ann Duffy's parents or Siblings will be greatly appreciated.
