Dear Mike,

ok it's a needle in a haystack but...

My Duffys came over from Dublin or Dublin Co. to Lancashire Co. ENG. Specifically the ones I've found records of went to Bolton, Lanc, ENG. which is quite near Manchester. Several sailed from Liverpool to Boston in 1853 and went from there to Providence RI. I have MANY records from different Duffy families who settled in Prov., RI. Most of my Duffys were tailors.

I don't know how to move forward with this, There is no direct hit so far, I would need more info on your family.

All the best,

Victoria Duffy
