Early Duffus Family line in Scotland

I am trying to find sites that can identify the early Duffus line in Scotland prior to 1796. My Grandmother's maiden name was Duffus, and she received the family line information back to my 3rd Great Grandfather James Duffus born 1796 in Aberdeenshire Scotland. James had ten children, Alexander my 2nd Great Grandfather, James, Jane, Margaret, Isabel, George, Gordon, Anne, Mary, and William. If anyone is familiar with this line lets make contact. :)
