Hello Louise, My DUDNEY people came from France orginally and settled in Dorchester County Maryland. Mr. Lynn Dudney of Odessa, Texas did a book "The Dudney Trail" back in 1981. The DUDNEY'S left Maryland and settled in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Stewart County, Georgia, Missouri, Magnolia, Arkansas and Bossier Parish Louisiana. I will check the DUDNEY book for your Elizabeth Rebecca Dudney Upchurch. Kay in Texas {just another DUDNEY researcher}
