My Grandma is Ida Mae Dudley (Gardner) married my Grandpa John Gardner. John was born in Cairo, IL Feb 7, 1900 and died in Miss. Ida Mae Dudley, known as Mae was born Feb 14, 1904 and died May 27, 1952 and is buried in Poplar Bluff, Mo.
My name is Tom Urich, born in 1951, Poplar Bluff, MO now live in CA.
John and Mae had Luella Mae Gardner my mom, she married my dad Leslie James Urich and they had Ruth Helen Gardner that married WT Tidwell or Uncle Dub as we called him. My Grandpa later was with Pauline and her daughter, but I really don't know much about them.
I don't have any idea who my grand father or mother is from my grandma Mae. I would really like to know this. I have heard stories and can not remember everything, so some things may be right or wrong?
I heard that she was adopted and her last name could have been Rhine or Rine or Dudley? She had a baby brother name baby Johnny? He may have been adopted by Shanlin, Sandlin or ? I would assume they were adoted around 1907??
Mae could have been married before my grandpa John to Godley, Godman or Goodman???
Mainly as far as I know, most of the events were in MO but could have been around surrounding states?
