I descend from Jefferson, brother to Lewis, who brought his mother Kizzie, wife of Thomas, to Fentress, Tn. and later Wayne, Ky. Have you made any progress in tracing Thomas back? One popular idea is that Thomas was the son of Peter of Westmoreland but it appears there is no Thomas in his will.Is this your brick wall as it appears Peter is the son of Samuel? Any help will be appreciated.
