I'm researching James Otis DUBOIS who md. Ruth (nee' ?) and had a daughter named Dorothy Mae b. 1918 in Beaumont, TX.

Per Draft Certificate James was born 20 Oct 1891 in Erath, LA. He registed in Beaumont, TX in 1917 and he, wife and dau. were in the census there in 1920. On the draft card he said he worked for the TNO Railways.

I believe he was the son of J. M. & Ernestine Dubois who were in the 1910 Vermilion census with son Otis 18. In the 1920 Vermilion census J. M. is called Morear Dubois, I don't know what the J. stand for in his name.

I can't locate this family in the 1900 census. I would appreciate ANY help!
