John D DRURY b ca 1812 in KY. Married #1 Elizabeth SWEENEY 5 Jan 1840 in Mercer Co, Ky. Were in Mercer Co in 1850 with following children:
Mary - b 1840
Martha - b 1841
Elizabeth - b 1843
Indiana - b 1845
Willis F - b 1847
William J b 1849
By 1860 the family came to Robertson Co, TX One child was born before their move to Texas
John A - b 1852 - KY
Then in Texas there was one child.
Joseph - b 1855 - TX.
Following the death of Elizabeth between 1855 and 1858, John married Martha J WHITE 13 July 1858 Robertson Co, TX. They had one child before 1860:
Thomas W - born 1859.

I have reason to believe that John is son of William DRURY and that Harvey DRURY is his brother.

Indiana Drury is my great grandmother. She married Joseph Like and moved to Hood County, Tx where she died.

Would like to correspond with Drury researchers.
