A long shot, but could he be Hugh Harison Drury, born abt 1861, son of Benjamin Heath Drury, Vicar Of Rudgwick, Near Horsham, Sussex, England.
However it would mean he shaved 9 years off his age by the time of the 1920 census...
I am not aware that Hugh Harison Drury had a brother Percy.
