What I found was an index available through a paid base.
For 1941 I would certainly hope it had the name of the bride, age, birthplace parents.
Contact the source is what I would do. Contact the county, the state. Start dialing?
Completely at a loss? Contact a public library and talk to a genealogist. They should know exactly what to do.
