I can't see a direct connection but suspect a relationship. Can't be that many Drummonds in Harrison County and not be related.
I looked on the West Virginia Vital Records site and hit on Marriages and Harrison County. When I put in Elizabeth Drummond the record came up and showed the following: Marriage date 30 Nov 1886 in Harrison West Virginia. She was 16 years old and her parents were Louisa Drummond and Calvin Drummond. William was 20 years and 10 months old. His parents were Catherine Smith and Live Smith. There is a bit more when you look at the actual record so you might want to do that. It is a free site.
