John Conner and Francis Drummond PA

I've written in before. I am in search of my relatives. John Conner and Francis Drummond. They were married and were apparently from Scotland.
My family and I have the history after they came here, to Pennsylvania USA, but we want to know who their parents were. I'm mainly interested in Francis. Does anyone have a clue? I believe she came from Edinburgh.
John Conner was born in 1770 and Francis Drummond would have been born in 1760. They had a John Jr. and Abner. If anyone has any ideas, please feel free to offer them.
