Searching for parents of William Drummond(s) born ca 1770-80 NC (according to census) to Claiborne Co., TN ca 1810 but perhaps prior to 1805 d. before or ca 1840? m. between 1791-1813 Tabitha Ousley (Owsley) b. May 15, 1780 probably Loudoun Co., VA (census states NC?) d. July 1849 Claiborne Co., TN 11 children: Stephen, Daniel, Anderson, Franky(ie) female, Phoebe, Sarah (Sally), Charity, John, William Jr.(II), Ann, and Preston. Any help appreciated.
