This sounds like the information we have been searching for. My mother was William Drummond's grandaughter. She says in her notes that he lived to be 105 years old, according to family records. The 1850 Census for Franklin County, Illinois shows a William Drummond, age 57, his wife Sally, age 53, Daughter Sally age 20; Lucy, 18; Ephram, age 16, and Rueben, age 12. Rueben was my great grandfather. I also had found the death record in Stoddard Co., MO, but it could be another Drummond.
My particular interest at this time is how to connect William to his parents, James Drummond and Lucinda Joslin. I will contact you by E-mail. Bob Roy
