I am also descended from William Drummond through his eldest son, John. We have the following information:

William Drummond (b. 1620 Inverness Scotland, d. Jan. 20, 1677 at James City, Va.) married 1651 in Kent Co. England Sarah Prescott (b. c1632 in Kent Co. England, D. Oct. 15, 1687 in James City Va.) They had the following children:
1. John (b. June 10, 1658 at James City Virginia, d. 1732 in Prince William Co, Va.) married c1706 Mary Robertson at James City, Va.

2. Sarah Drummond (b. Mar 2, 1655 at James City Va, d. Apr. 18, 1696 at Perquimas Co, NC) married Samuel Swann on Mar. 24, 1674.

3. William Drummond (b. James City, Va. d. Sept. 1723 at New Kent, Va.)

4. Edward Drummond (b James City, Va.)

5. Janet Drummond

6. Mary Drummond

7. Francis Drummond

8. Robert Drummond

9. Elizabeth Drummond (d. 1699 James City Va.)

Please send any additional information on the children and the ancestors of William.
