Hi David,

My Grandfather Stuart Owen Drumheller had a brother Evert O. Drumheller. He and his family owns and ran/runs an apple orchard and cattle farm in Nelson County Virginia on Rt. 29 between Lunchburg and Charlottesville, VA. My Father Vernon Owen Drumheller was born 2/11/32 and lived in Faber, VA near Lovingston, VA. A few years later The family went to Kanawha County WV just outside of St. Albans, WV to live near my Gransmother's family. I know that Grandpa had another Brother Eunice and a sister Bess. Eunice lived just outside of St. Albans, WV and died there. Bess lived in VA. I believe that she lived near Charlottesville, VA.

I'll look for a family history put together by Bess's daughter. It is very detailed and covers the Carter/Drumheller family tree. Bess married a Carter.

The family lore is that Grandpa's father John, was an offspring from one of seven brothers who settled in VA. They came up the James River from Norfork, VA.

I'll look for the book my mom gave me for more details.
