I have found that "Howard" was more probably James (Howard) Drown, and Howard may not have even been his middle name. He divorced/left Julia (Morrissey) Drown post-1917 - they had lived in Lynn MA, and he may have moved to Rhode Island at that time. He died at approx. 65 Yrs of age, date unkown. His Children at the time were Gordon, Eleanor, and Florence. This info is coming from 2 elderly relatives and may be a little fuzzy. Sorry for the miscue. Nate D.
