William Thomas Driscoll of Bristol, England: Connect?

My maternal grandfather is a dead end for us; I know little of his past except he was from Ireland and married Kate Emily Harver of France and lived in Bristol, England until his death in the 1940's. I would love to connect with this group and the name; is it possible?

I am in Washington State, USA
