Looks like we are tracing the same line. I am descended through Joseph's son Micajah who married Elizabeth Bradford.

I have Joseph Drinkwater born Nov. 10, 1709 to Thomas Drinkwater of Taunton and Bridgewater, MA. Thomas married Elizabeth Haskell and they had 6 sons and 2 daughters.
Elizabeth Haskell's father was John Haskell who married the daughter of George Soule, one of the Mayflower Pilgrims.

Do you live in Maine? Records are relatively easy to locate here...most of the Drinkwaters that I'm tracing stayed in the same location for generations.
