Hi,
I have a number of Kentucky Arbuckles who married into my James line and Butler line. Drinkard married Eliza James, d/o William James and Catherine Parker, in 1841 after the death of Lucretia Maxey, and Nathaniel Francis Arbuckle, s/o Drinkard and Lucretia Maxey, married Sarah Ann (Sally) James, d/o my direct ancestors Samuel James and Elizabeth Reno James.
I have Martha Arbuckle who married Arthur Wearen as a d/o Francis and Elizabeth Sebastian Arbuckle - is that incorrect? I've no proof of that so could well be in err. I've seen Arthur's tombstone at Warren's Mill Cemetery in Butler CO, KY, and the surname is spelled Wearen. I also saw the site of his original mill on Indian Camp Creek, just down the hill from the cemetery.
I have a web site on FTM at

if you'd like to compare trees.
