Jim: Just found this posted copy of the message you sent me. All I have on Charity Ann's family is her siblings' names: Isaac b 1860, Caleb b 1865, Amanda b 1868 and Ben____ b 1870. My aunt, who is Charity Ann's granddaughter, is still living and remembers Charity Ann. I'll ask her if she knows anything about Driggerses moving to Texas. (Some of the Buzbee relatives did.) I think Ann, Isaac W.'s wife, might be a second wife. In the Alabama marriages book, there is an Isaac W. Driggers marrying an Ann Rodgers on 1 August 1845. If this is the right couple, the date is way too late for Ann to be Isaac Caleb's mother. Also, Ann seemed to live a good long time with Isaac Caleb after Isaac W. apparently died. I notice that this book, "Early Alabama Marriages" was published here is San Antonio. Do you have access to it? If not, I find a Moses Driggers marrying a Mary Mitchell 30 Jan 1880 in Clay Co. There are four J.H.'s, four J.W.'s, a John, a John C. and a John H. Jackie Buzbee Davis
