All You Waycross Driggers:

I don't have any info to offer you, since my Isaac W. Driggers moved from SC to AL in the 1840s. However, Isaac W. married an Ann Rodgers, and Isaac W.'s son, another Isaac, married a lady named Ellender, who family history says was a Rodgers, too.

Family history says Ellender was full-blood Indian, but of two different tribes - either Creek-Choctaw or Creek-Cherokee. (I vote for the first option.) Does you family have any stories about the Rodgerses being Indian?
