Hello Louise.....St Barnabas was close maybe in the 40s/50s, the chapel building was moveed to another site in around Summerville SC and is now part of a seminary I believe, records might be hard to get from them. are you sure you might have the right Nellie, there is a Nellie daughter as the 1900 Summerville Census states, parents Peter and Alice Driggers. Peter might be a son of a Moses Driggers and Peter died sometime between 1903-1910. the widow Alice Driggers is counted in the 1910 Summerville census just above my grandmother Addie M. Driggers Huff and children. Alice I have as being baptized at St Barnabas in May 20, 1915 by Rev Francis W. Ambler and she died of of Palagra May 21, 1915.hope this narrows down your search...... in the article the Peter they were takling about could be Peter Driggers.Barry
