My wife is descended from a Drews family that came from Germany and immigrated to Nebraska. We have a probable match here.
My wife had a gt-gt-gt-uncle named Johannes or Hans Drews, born 22 Feb 1857 (according to the LDS IGI) in Neu Buedelsdorf, Schleswig-Holstein. I do not know if he migrated, but his nephew, Jergen Christian Henning Drews, my wife's gt-grandfather, died in Paxton, Nebraska, 7 Sep 1940.
More information can be seen at my web site and I will search through my copies of my mother-in-law's documents to see if I can find further information.
