MILITARY APPOINTMENTS -- The Governor has made the following military appointments: On the staff of Brigadier General A.M. DOBBIE, 3rd Brigade California Militia, Geo. E. DREW, Ordinance; G.R. CHOATE, Commissary; Jas. A. SMITH, Aid de Camp. Also John H. GILMORE as Captain of the Stockton Union Guard; Geo. VAUGHN, 2nd Lieutenant, and G.H. HATCH, Junior 2nd Lieutenant.
