I'm in the process of filling out my Drew chart and would love to compare notes with you guys (James A. and Carol C.) regarding Gilbert's children. E-mail me your lines and info and I'll send you what I have. Oh, and also, we must include Nora as everything has to go in her book!! In response to the Ireland possibility -- what info is out there that shows Gilbert being born in Ireland?? I'd be interested in hearing about that, though I'd never heard of it before! Also, are you guys sure it was Elizabeth that married Eber Townsend? I thought it was Mary. Gilbert's son Samuel (my line), married Eber's sister Mary Townsend (hence that's how I always heard it was the two Mary's). 'Twas a big deal for them to marry into the Townsend family!
