On the 1861 census for Barley Hay, Langtree, Devon is a William Leat. Living with him is his cousin Selina Ann Whitlock age 21 Glover born in Langtree. Selina married Richard Drew and came to Canada in 1875. We know she was born in 1839 the daughter of Elizabeth Whitlock. Would like to know how Selina and William were cousins. Looking for which Elizabeth Whitlock in Langtree was Selina's mother.
Richard Drew is shown on the 1891 census for Oshawa, Ontario Co., Ontario as born in England Sep.14,1841. Selina is shown born in England Oct.14,1843. I think Selina was actually born Oct.14,1839 in Langtree, Devon. Baptized Oct.28,1839. Selina shows as age 91 at her death in 1929.
